The Approach: Dove Site Consulting was created to address a need for site investigation and consulting that extends beyond the standard roles of engineers, attorneys and brokers. Dove’s approach involves managing deal pertinent items including contract timeline, pricing guidance, market comps, and incoming developments while simultaneously providing the necessary details to estimate soft costs, potential delay points, and non-standard aspects of individual projects.

The Appeal: In securing services from Dove; developers, contractors, engineers and municipalities will have the ability to bridge the gap between optimistic deal making and realistic delivery (a ceasefire between the deal guys and project managers.) The recommendations made by Dove are secured in a way that provides the client with the ability to manage expectations of equity partners, tenant real estate managers and principals as well as being able to tailor specific projects to specific opportunities that will fit within the parameters of the deal.

The Name: Dove has Biblical roots with the belief that each development we contribute to is a small place of ministry where people can congregate and aid one another in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20.) In Genesis 8, Noah sends a dove before the Ark to investigate the land before them. After seven days, the dove returned with a freshly plucked olive leaf in its beak and Noah knew the water had receded from the earth. Dove seeks to go before its clients to “find dry land” and return with the most comprehensive, data and interpersonal research that can be assembled in a timely manner to help build and impact communities in the most positive way possible.
