Privacy notice

This notice explains what Dove Site Consulting LLC collects when you use the site form linked from our Client Portal, and what we do with it.

What the form collects

• Your name, email, mobile phone and company or store name.
• The site address and the map pin you place.
• Your answers about the deal and the project, such as land status, the store you plan to build, expected cost and financing, and any notes.
• Documents you choose to upload, such as site plans, contracts or franchise offers.
• A scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address, used only to limit spam. We do not keep the address itself.

How we use it

We use your information to review your site, scope and prepare your study, contact you about it, and send you a copy of your answers. Address search and the map use Esri's mapping service, which receives the address you type.

Who can see it

Only Dove can open your answers and documents. They are stored privately with our database provider (Supabase), the site is hosted by Netlify, and our email runs on Google Workspace. These providers store or deliver the information for us and do not use it for their own purposes.

We never sell it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

This website

The main website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
