I'm Morgan Goldstein. I started Dove Site Consulting in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

I've spent about eight years developing retail sites, with developments in more than 10 states. Most of what I know came from doing the work: finding sites, running the numbers, getting through permitting, and seeing what actually happens once a store opens.

Dove's feasibility studies come out of that. I wanted a study I'd trust on my own deals, one that gives a straight answer and shows the work behind it. When you call the number on this site, you get me.

The name. In Genesis 8, Noah sends a dove out ahead to see whether the land is dry. It comes back with an olive leaf, and he knows it's safe to move forward. That's the job: go ahead of the client, look at the ground honestly, and come back with what's really there.
