Morgan Goldstein
Founder
Morgan Goldstein has completed retail, self storage and multifamily projects as well as consulting work for a wide array of retail tenants and developers for projects including Circle K, Dollar Tree, Hwy-55 Burgers and Fries, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Speedway and more. Additionally I’ve provided consulting services for new construction student housing projects, self storage developments and franchisee market entry strategies.
After spending years visiting and coordinating with small and mid size municipalities, it was clear that a “one size fits all” approach that many consultants bring to the table is not something that yields the most efficient and positive outcome. Cities need solutions that work for their economic, environmental and physical attributes. I found a passion in aiding these cities in their existing growth strategies and using other tools and approaches found via case study and experience to help put together a plan that not only gets the right eyes on the market, but lays a baseline to build success upon for years to come.
During this time I spent a mass amount of time training brokers and consultants to complete individual reports and gather specific data. I came to the realization that there was an opportunity to offer tailored consulting services that would allow one person to serve as a consultant for site selection, site investigative work and municipality coordination and made the decision to provide my services as an all in one consultant that serves as a resource for my clients to have a full overview of their proposed or current project from day one.
I grew up in New York and have now lived in South Carolina, Florida and have now made a home in Birmingham, Alabama with my wife and our three dogs.
