Pre-Permitting Investigative Reports will include the section of the Comprehensive SIR dedicated to accurately forecasting the submittal to approval timeline for all associate permits, entitlements and approvals necessary for the project. Additionally this will include interview summaries with several municipality departments and their recommended path’s to an expedited set of approved plans.
